Access data 

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data about accesses to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, they are exempt from deletion until the incident has been definitively clarified.

 

Data processing during registration

It is possible to register as a customer or supplier. A password-protected customer account is created. Which data is involved, results from the input mask, which is filled out during the registration. This data is used exclusively for internal permanent storage of your personal data in a password-protected customer account. The IP address, the date and the time of registration are stored.

 

Data processing on the occasion of the ordering process

The data processing within the scope of orders serves to be able to handle all processes within the order. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1)(b) DSGVO. What kind of data is involved can be seen from the input mask that you fill out when placing the order. The following data processing is required to process the purchase contract :Your e-mail address is used to conduct electronic communication about your order and its processing. The legal basis of this processing is derived from Art. 6 (1)(c) DSGVO.In order to fulfill the contractual obligations, the order data will be transmitted to the upstream supplier and, if applicable, to its transport person, who will deliver the goods or provide the booked services, and will be left to use the data for this purpose. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1)(b) DSGVO.For the performance of the contract, it may be necessary to forward the data to our payment service providers or to the appointed credit institution. This depends on the selected payment method. The following payment methods can be used:  Prepayment, invoices, direct debit, cash payment.

 

Application documents

Application documents and other information that you provide to us as part of an application/initiative application, in a telephone call or in a personal interview will not be passed on to third parties without prior consultation with you and your express consent. This includes, for example, the collection of your curriculum vitae, cover letter and, if applicable, certificates and proof of qualifications.
